PROPRIETARY INFORMATIONInformation, ideas, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, design elements, graphics, photographs, audio clips, formats and software contained on this website are the exclusive property of Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts or its content contributors. This content cannot be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
PAYMENT INFORMATIONAll reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Once you confirm your credit card information and intention to book we will charge your credit card to reserve your reservation. For stays of one night we will charge the full price of the reservation. For all other lengths of stay a two-night deposit, plus tax, will be charged for all dates excluding the following time periods: December 21, 2017 - January 6, 2018 and December 21, 2018 - January 5, 2019 at Royal Lahaina Resort, Royal Kona Resort, Kaanapali Ocean Inn, and Lahaina Inn; and from October 6, 2017 - October 15, 2017, October 5, 2018 - October 14, 2018, and October 4, 2019 - October 13, 2019 at Royal Kona Resort.
ROOM RATESRoom rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for two persons. Room rates do not include individual resort fees, taxes, gratuities, parking charges, and other guest services and incidentals where applicable. All package deliveries received prior to check-in will be assessed handling fees. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange storage and for specific information regarding any additional charges.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATIONWe do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. Generally, we only disclose your personal information to those travel providers that you decide to make arrangements with through our website, for example, to purchase a rental car. We use our reasonable efforts to ensure that these travel providers will also protect your personal information. At times, we may contract with other companies to perform various functions necessary to operate our business - for example, processing credit cards. We will share with these companies only that personal information they require to process your orders. These companies agree that they will not use or disclose that personal information for any other purpose.
HOTELThe hotel reservation is confirmed when your credit card payment is processed. We will email you a confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours of submission. Normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is subject to charge.
SPECIAL REQUESTSWe will make every effort to fulfill your preference requests; however they are not guaranteed as rooms are assigned at check-in.
TAXESFor travel completed by December 31, 2017: Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to the total charges at check-out. Taxes are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
CAR RENTALIf you book one of our car inclusive packages, you will pick up and return your car at the Alamo Rent-ACar location based on the island of your stay (Kahului Airport in Maui and Kona International Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii). You can use your name to pick up the car or call us at 800-22ALOHA to obtain the confirmation number (allow at least 3 days after making reservation).
VOLUNTARY CHANGE FEEChanges to hotel and/or car rental that result in additional monies owed are due and payable at time of change.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER PURCHASEIn all cases, any cancellation of reservations after purchase will result in the below hotel and car rental cancellation penalties. Please note that in cases where a credit card refund is due, Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts will only refund the credit card with which the reservation was made. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
ROYAL LAHAINA RESORT, KAANAPALI OCEAN INN, AND LAHAINA INNFor travel through December 20, 2017, January 7, 2018 - December 20, 2018, and January 6, 2019 - December 20, 2019 any cancellations made three (3) days or less prior to arrival will result in a penalty charge of two-nights of the total package price.
ROYAL KONA RESORTFor travel through October 5, 2017, October 16, 2017 - December 20, 2017, January 7, 2018 - October 4, 2018, October 15, 2018 - December 20, 2018, January 6, 2019 - October 3, 2019, October 14, 2019 - December 20, 2019 any cancellations made three (3) days or less prior to arrival will result in a penalty charge of two-nights of the total package price.
REFUND POLICYOnce travel commencement date is reached, the package is totally non-refundable. Partially used packages are non-refundable. Cancellation fees will be assessed and are non-refundable for any reason, including illness or any other emergencies.
