You may visit our website without revealing who you are or providing
any Personal Information. When you visit our site we do collect

When making a reservation with Hawaiian Hotels and Resorts you
are required to provide your full name, address, telephone

we will store your email address as your log-in name and you
will be asked to create a password for future ease of use.
This information is collected on the reservation form for:
(1) personal identification; (2) to complete car and hotel
reservations; (3) to allow us to contact you for customer service,
if necessary. In addition, your e-mail address is collected
to send you a confirmation notice of each reservation you transact
online, and to provide you with information about special offers,
and promotions that we feel may be of interest to you. However,
you may always decline to receive these e-mail messages. Please

OPT-OUT
We give you an important choice ("opt-out")
about receiving advertisements, updates and promotions via
e-mail. We hope you will find these items interesting and informative
however, please let us know if you do not want us to use your
e-mail address to deliver notices highlighting promotions,
contests, and other travel opportunities available on our website
and/or sponsored by our travel service providers and advertisers.
