Gary Hogan
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer and owner of Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts as well as President of Royal Lahaina Development Group, Gary Hogan champions the company directives in all aspects. Personally committed to the success of the team, Gary is intimately involved with each property in the portfolio. His four decades of travel industry experience combined with his innate ability to grow business from the ground up provide the group with an invaluable leader. His management skills foster entrepreneurship and encourage creative thinking that allows HH&R to consistently outperform our competitors. Likewise, his resourceful approach to development lays the platform for continued innovation and growth. As founder of the Hogan School of Entrepreneurship at Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii, Gary has influenced the careers of hundreds of up and coming business professionals for the past fifteen years. His dedication to academia earned him an honorary professorship at Chaminade University and he is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Hawaii Shildler College of Business. Gary is an avid aviator and President of Pleasant Aircraft Leasing, overseeing the management of the company's private jet charter services and Royal Pacific Air, a Hawaii based interisland on demand charter company.

Tom Bell

For the past twelve years, President Tom Bell has called Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts, family. Tom is a seasoned hospitality professional with over twenty five years of operational and development experience; from valet to executive team, he prides his career on being involved in every aspect of the business. As the age old adage reads, "you are the sum of all of your experiences," and with that in mind, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to the group. Currently, Tom is responsible for the analysis of all potential investments, management of capital improvements and spending as well as oversight of all operational and executive functions. Tom graduated from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration with a B.S. in Hospitality Management.

Geoff Graf
VP of Business Development

Vice President of Business Development, Geoff Graf, is a new and welcome addition to Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts. Geoff's current task is to use his extensive hospitality industry experience coupled with his executive management skills to establish growth and new business opportunities for Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts. With over thirty years of operational knowledge including sales and marketing, property development and asset management Geoff brings a visionary and effective expertise to our team. Geoff attended Moorpark College and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University.

Jansen Medeiros
Managing Director

Jansen Medeiros serves as Managing Director for Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts and is based out of our flagship property, Royal Lahaina Resort. His role is to provide support to each of the properties in all areas of resort management with a focus on developing and managing HH&R's growth and innovation strategies. Prior to joining HH&R, Jansen worked with Prism Hotels & Resorts as an analyst with a team responsible for increasing the company's holdings by 100%. With over fifteen years of hospitality experience coupled with his United States Air Force background, Jansen brings drive and determination to our team. Jansen received his B.S. in Management from Park University and holds two masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.

Jerry Sager
Regional Director of
Revenue Management

A Hawaiian Hotels & Resorts veteran of over twenty five years, Jerry Sager, brings a wealth of expertise in revenue management to the team. As Regional Director of Revenue Management Jerry proficiently oversees pricing, inventory and yield controls for all properties. Additionally, he is responsible for maximizing revenue and profit for the long term expansion strategies of our group. A master at working with all revenue outlets, Jerry is highly regarded in the hospitality arena and is among the top in his field of professionals. The results of his prowess are evidenced in the continued growth in profitability of our properties. Jerry graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans.
